In-person sessions are at 203 - 920 Hillside Ave, Victoria, BC and we ask that in-person clients take COVID precautions (up-to-date vaccinations, moving to virtual sessions when ill).
Ali’s Schedule
Ali is currently booking out 5-7 weeks in advance. You’re welcome to add yourself to her waitlist. Cancellations can happen and spaces become available, but aren’t guaranteed. Please fill in the note section of the waitlist request to let us know how urgent your request is, and email Ali if your request is high priority.
If your request is for further than 1 month away, please email Ali so she can manually add you to the waitlist.
Schedule currently available until Friday, October 30th, 2026. Please leave late afternoon/evening sessions for folks with more limited availability.
Extended sessions (80m) are now available. Please contact Ali to confirm your fee based on your sliding scale payment, or if you’d like to change any 50m sessions to 80m.

I believe that therapeutic work is fundamentally relational. Grounded in compassion and relational care, I approach counselling as a collaborative process. I believe you are the expert in your own life and that you bring wisdom about your experiences, relationships, and circumstances into our sessions. At the same time, so much of what impacts us comes from social pressures and contexts beyond our control, and therapy offers a safe, grounded space to unpack all of that.
I am a white settler of Irish, Scottish, and English ancestry, raised and living on the traditional territories of the lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples. My background in social work and frontline community spaces deeply informs my practice, drawing from modalities like Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My main areas of focus include identity work, body image and eating concerns, people-pleasing, attachment, self-esteem and burnout. Outside of counselling, I enjoy jumping between new hobbies, visiting local coffee shops, spending time with loved ones, and finding new trinkets and knick-knacks.

I am a white settler of Scottish, German, and English descent, living on lək̓ʷəŋən (Lekwungen) traditional territories in Victoria, BC for the past 6 years. I have my Master of Counselling from City University and 5+ years experience working and volunteering in feminist, anti-violence organizations.
I believe that all problems must be located within their context. None of us exist in a vacuum. Our identities, experiences, relationships, and all life circumstances influence how we experience distress.
